4. Orders & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 2–5 working days depending on stock availability.

• Delivery times may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

• Shipping charges (if any) will be mentioned at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Refunds are not offered unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Sale items and discounted products are non-returnable.
